Apostolic Prayer Sheet
Prayer asking God to answer spiritual warfare by granting boldness to the church through the release of supernatural power in ministry.
“Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word, by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus.” Acts 4:29-30
Prayer for the salvation of Israel.
“Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they may be saved.” Rom. 10:1 Prayer for the church in a city to be united in love.
“Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like-minded toward one another, according to Christ Jesus, that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Rom.15:5-6
Prayer for the church to abound in hope.
“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Rom.15:15
Prayer for the church to function in the fullness of the gifts of the Spirit.
“that you were enriched in everything by Him in all utterance and all knowledge, even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you, so that you come short in no gift, eagerly waiting for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will also confirm you to the end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Cor.1:5-8

Prayer for the church to walk with a prophetic spirt by the supernatural impartation of wisdom and revelation.
“that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places.” Eph.1:17-20
Prayer for the church in a city to be strengthened with might in order to corporately experience the love of Jesus.
“that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.” Eph.3:16
Prayer to walk in boldness in ministry and outreach.
“and [pray] for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.” Eph.6:19-20
Prayer for the church to walk in love and discernment.
“And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, that you mayapprovethethingsthatareexcellent,thatyoumaybesincereandwithoutoffense untilthedayofChrist, being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.” Phil.1:9- 11

Prayer for the church to be filled with the knowledge of God and to walk in the fruit of the Spirit in congregational life and ministry.
“For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy.” Col.1:9-11
Prayer for doors of opportunity to be opened for the ministry of the word.
“meanwhile praying also for us, that God would open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in chains, that I may make it manifest [by signs and wonders Jn.3:2], as I ought to speak. Col.4:3-4
Prayer for the supernatural love of the Father to be poured out upon the church in a city.
“...praying exceedingly that we may see your face and perfect what is lacking in your faith. Now may our God and Father Himself, and our Lord Jesus Christ, direct our way to you. And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, just as we do to you, so that He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints.” 1 Thess.3:10- 13
Prayer for the church to be set apart and sealed by the Spirit unto holy living.
“Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.” 1 Thess. 5:23-24
Prayer for the church to walk in loyal obedience to Jesus.
“Therefore, we also pray always for you that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness and the work of faith with power, that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.” 2 Thess. 1:11-12

Prayer for the church to be established in righteousness.
“Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace, comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work.” 2 Thess.2:16-17
Prayer for God to anoint the preaching of the gospel with power and to release accompanying signs and wonders.
